The North Dallas Government Center, located in Dallas, TX, is undergoing a makeover to help reduce the spread of COVID for employees and visitors.
The government-mandated renovation called for AP to modify the 78,000-square-foot building to facilitate social distancing. Once complete, the renovations will make the government center a completely touch-free environment with contactless doors, restroom facilities and elevators.
Additional renovations include air quality improvements, building control modifications and adjustments to floor spaces. AP began the renovations – which were designed by BOKA Powell– in December 2020 and is slated to complete the project in July 2021.
