Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results.
Aurora, CO. (May 2, 2019) – Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Denver Post. This is the second year in a row the firm has been honored with this elite designation. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few. AP was also honored with the designation in 2018.
“Top Workplaces is more than just recognition,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
“To AP, being a competitive builder isn’t enough,” said Regional President Tom Horsting. “We strive to foster a healthy work environment, giving our employees the tools and support they need to be the best they can.”
AP does this with a culture that centers on having a high level of care and concern for its employees, subcontractors and all fellow workers, as well as a commitment to bringing positive, measurable change to the communities in which it lives and builds.
“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” Claffey said. “It’s an achievement organizations have worked for and a distinction that gives them a competitive advantage. It’s a big deal.”
