After several years of planning and 12-months of construction, the new MCPA came to fruition. The Cooperative now houses all operations under one roof with the ability to grow in the future. The 63,000-sf facility features an expansive lobby, 44,000 sf of warehouse and vehicle storage, and 12,000 sf of office and meeting space.
Several partners, including the City of Glencoe, Glencoe Light and Power Commission, McLeod Co-op Power Board of Directors, building committee members and employees, all helped make the reality of this facility possible.
