AP Breaks Ground at Superstition Springs Lexus in Mesa

MESA, Arizona (September 21, 2023) – Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently celebrated the start of construction at Superstition Springs Lexus in Mesa. The project is scheduled for completion by year-end.

“AP is excited to kick off work at Superstition Springs Lexus,” said Mark Mitchell, AP Southwest’s Vice President and General Manager. “This isn’t just the beginning of a new project; it’s us diving into a whole new market for the Southwest region. We’re thankful to our client for letting us make their vision a reality.”

AP will be renovating the entire exterior of the 35,000-sf dealership as well as select interior renovations. The dealership will remain fully operational throughout construction. The project’s architect is Houston-based LOMA Architecture.
