This five-story mixed-use building features 162 apartments, 1,600 square feet of ground-level retail space, and two floors of concrete parking for 164 vehicles. The building incorporates light-gauge metal framing, an environmentally sustainable building material that contains at least 25% recycled content and is 100% recyclable. Other sustainable features include a rooftop “pea patch” garden, extra insulation, energy-efficient windows and lighting, water reclamation and electric vehicle recharging stations.
