The Kenney Assisted Living Facility Renovation & Addition

Seattle, Washington
66,249 SF
A&P Role:

In 1909 this retirement community opened its doors to residents, and has continued to expand over the years. In this phase of its growth AP added an assisted living residential wing, common area, and underground parking structure. The project also included renovations and upgrades to mechanical and electrical systems and the renovation of interior architecture.

“As the Owner’s representative, our goal was to make sure that the Kenney Home is successful in their operation, and in their service to the elderly, and Rushforth (AP) was a big part of meeting that goal. Your construction team’s commitment to quality was, and will be, a key element in the future success of the Kenney Home. The daily personal commitment of your onsite staff was especially notable.” —Scott L. Mohr, Sr. Vice President, Coffman Engineers (Owner’s Rep)
