Waco, TX – Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) was recently selected by Baylor Scott & White Health to build a new sports medicine building, which will consolidate existing sports medicine services into one comprehensive facility to better serve patients. The project is located at the northeast corner of the Baylor Scott & White Hillcrest campus in Waco, adjacent to Interstate 35 at the interchange of state highway 6. AP will serve as the general contractor and provide MEP design-build services for the $32M project.
Designed by HKS Architects, the building is planned at four levels and approximately 106,000 square feet. Services will include an orthopedic and sports medicine clinic, a total joint clinic, considerable rehab therapy and sports medicine center, outpatient surgery center, diagnostic imaging center.

Construction commenced November 2018 and is expected to be open for patients by 2020.
