AP has completed a tenant finish-out for Vistaprint’s existing 200,000-square-foot warehouse. The $3.5-million-project required our special projects group to work on a number of improvements to the warehouse’s existing office space as well as to the printing and e-graphics manufacturing facility.
The special projects team began work in January 2020 and completed improvements in June. This project was awarded based on our longstanding relationship with Pritchard & Associates. Entos Design Group served as the architect for the project.
