AP Southwest Superintendent Graduates ABA Leadership Course

AP congratulates AP Southwest Superintendent Zachary Byard on graduating from the Arizona Builders Association (ABA) leadership program.

Zach is officially part of the 2020 Leadership Development Forum (LDF) Class after completing a year-long intensive management education program. Only 30 students were part of the program that focused on management skills, leadership and public speaking.

“Zach is one of AP Southwest’s young leaders, and we are so proud of him being an LDF graduate, as this shows his fierce commitment to growing his leadership skills and industry knowledge,” said Scott Slayer, Regional Manager.

“It was a fabulous opportunity to be part of Arizona Builders Association’s LDF program and expand my management skills and understanding,” said Byard. “I look forward to applying what I learned at this program to my daily work with AP.”

As part of the graduation ceremony, ABA and Adolfson & Peterson held a holiday toy drive for the local community.
