Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP) recently topped out International Business Park 18 (IBP 18), a five-story 250,000-square-foot tilt-wall core/shell office building, marking the official midpoint of construction. The project in the growing North Texas city of Plano includes a 180,000-square-foot parking garage with 584 spots and various site improvements including landscaping and site paving.
AP celebrated the milestone today, alongside Billingsley Company and design partner GFF, recognizing their trade partners’ exceptional work and continued success on another key office project for the Billingsley team.
IBP 18’s addition to the International Business Park, a 300-acre master-planned campus with 1.4 million square feet of developed office space, visually represents the continued collaborative work between AP, Billingsley and GFF. International Business Park 17, a four-story, 187,100-square-foot office building and 9,000-square-foot amenity center, was completed by AP in 2020 and is adjacent from IBP 18.
