Project Awards Highlight a Successful 2024 for Mountain States

Aurora, CO – (December 2,2024) –As 2024 draws to a close, AP Mountain States proudly celebrates four exceptional projects that have earned a total of eight awards.

Foothills Golf Clubhouse

  • Project of the Year, Outstanding General Contractor, ABC Rocky Mountain Region, Excellence in Construction Awards Program
  • Award of Excellence, General Contractor: Special Projects $2 – $100M, ABC Rocky Mountain Region, Excellence in Construction Awards Program
  • Silver, Best Building Project – General Contractor ($10 – $40 Million), AGC of Colorado, Ace Awards Program

James Madison STEAM Academy

  • Award of Merit, General Contractor: Institutional ($25M – $100M), ABC Rocky Mountain Region
  • Bronze, Best Building Project – General Contractor ($40 – $70 Million), AGC of Colorado, Ace Awards Program

Northridge High School Renovation

  • Award of Excellence, General Contractor: Historical Restoration / Renovation (Less than $25M), ABC Rocky Mountain Region

Roosevelt High School

  • Award of Distinction, DBIA Rocky Mountain Region, Design-Build Awards Program
  • Award of Merit – ENR Mountain States, Best Project Awards Program

Additionally, two of our exceptional Mountain States employees, Jordan Ricks and Kyle Tillery, will be honored in the March issue of ENR magazine. They have been selected for the 2025 Class of Top Young Professionals in the Mountain States and Southwest regions.

All of these awards close out the 2024 season for Colorado. As our teams celebrate past success, they also are focused on the future with numerous projects scheduled for completion in 2025. These projects include:
