Nestled in the heart of downtown Edina, this 121,909-sf condominium project is an upscale mixed-use development recognized for its unique boutiques and variety of fine restaurants. Located on an extremely tight site, the building features three levels (23 units) of high-end condominiums above one level of retail space. Classic brick and cast stone contribute to the building’s elegance.

AP used integrated bands of precast and three brick types – including utility and modular to complete the intricate brick work around the building’s many columns, recessed balconies and radius walls at the corner suites. The building’s unique design required thorough layout and planning. This included insulated, double-wall construction that controls sound. Owners also enjoy heated underground parking, large, private balconies, terraces with gas grill hook-ups and customized tenant finishes.
