AP recently rolled out the red carpet to welcome Academy of Math and Science (AMS) Peoria Advanced K-7 students to their new 48,000 sf school. AP’s scope included the modernization and addition to a 8.5 acre campus. With over 18,500 sf of new space for administration and classrooms, the school can accommodate up to 900 students and will include K-8 in the 2020-2021 school year. The remaining 30,000 sf was the renovation of the existing modular buildings, multi-purpose room, science lab and music room. The project site had improvements as well, including a new playground and full turf field.
