Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Southlake

This project includes a new, two-story, ground-up MOB and ASC facility. Located on a small 2-acre site, this 23,568-sf facility will house a complete surgical center including six operating rooms. The budget was maintained through the design process with early VE items presented to the owner during the design phase.
