Brookdale Edina is an exclusive senior living community offering independent living, assisted living and Alzheimer’s and dementia care. Located in beautiful Edinborough Park, it features an expansive indoor park complete with walking paths, a swimming pool, track and performance theater as well as beautifully landscaped gardens and grounds with more than 6,000 trees, flowers and plants. This 100,000-sf renovation and elevator addition to the 18-story occupied senior living facility project included: repurposing independent living floors to assisted living and memory care units, reconfiguring the commercial and serving kitchens, an addition and upgrade of residential laundry facilities and corridor to all floors and the addition of two elevators to the exterior of the building.
