This project consists of a 36,000-sf community center complete with a golf shop, banquet facilities, grill and dining room, senior gathering space and an indoor play area. The Brookview project consisted of three phases. Phase one included earthwork, excavation, grading, remediation and site prep. Phase two was the construction of the building. Phase three included the demolition of the existing building and remaining final site work, which consisted of paving/hardscape and landscaping.
