Casper College Gateway Center

The 76,000-sf, four-story Gateway Building is a prominent new component of the Casper Community College campus. It provides the campus with integrated facilities, housing administrative offices and student services, as well as classroom space for robotics and electronics programs. The project also included plazas to the east and west of the building, a new parking lot and pedestrian pathways. The structural steel frame building includes an exterior façade made up of metal studs and brick veneer. Contracted through a competitive bid process, AP Wyoming was selected to lead the construction of this project and charged with the overall selection, coordination and supervision of subconsultants in all trades. Our team worked in conjunction with the College, the Owner’s Representative and both the design architects and the local architects to coordinate the delivery of this project on-time and on-budget.
