Flagstone - A Senior Living Community

Flagstone is a 449,000-sf senior living campus that consists of a full spectrum of senior housing including 148 Independent living, 46 Assisted living, 18 Memory care and 68 fully licensed Skilled Care units.  Independent units include stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, fireplaces, and state of the art technology provisions.  Many of the Independent units have large windows facing a wetland.  The AL/MC/CC areas include nursing stations, separate kitchen and dinning areas, community rooms, and other gathering areas to provide the residents a community setting.

This project is a combination of wood frame and non-combustible construction. Gathering spaces and services on the new Flagstone campus will include a swimming and therapy pool, bistro, library, fitness center, movie theater, pet spa, salon, market, woodshop, chapel, and club room.

Exterior amenities include a pickle ball court, putting green, multiple grill stations, green roof, and other landscape features.  One other unique exterior element is the “Blade of Glory”, a 5 story tall color changing light feature.
