North Parking Ramp Expansion

Originally constructed in 1992, the North Parking Ramp has been expanded onto vacant properties on both sides of the original facility. The expansion includes 10,000 sf of new commercial space to provide business opportunities on the first floor with public parking above. An additional fourth level was also added to the existing Ramp. The expansion includes additional parking for people with disabilities and two electric vehicle charging stations have also been installed on the Second Level. The North Ramp is now served by two elevators and three heated stairways that lead to the street level.
