The project is located at the corner of Kimzey Street and Locke Avenue in downtown Fort Worth. It includes a 3-story, 51,000-sf medical office complex. The first floor houses an 18,262-sf ambulatory surgical center and the remaining two floors shell space for future clinics. The exterior consists of masonry brick veneer and a plaster facade, and a unique curtainwall featuring stunning blue Azuria glass that’s fabricated only twice a year. The interior space features classical, high-end finishes throughout. The main entrance features tile from
Italy, wood veneer paneling and exquisite light fixtures. The high ceilings in the rotunda are brightly lit to create a welcoming environment.
