The USPI North Texas Surgery Center is a 3 phase project, including new admin offices, sterile processing, and major renovations on the first floor to repurpose existing space for storage and support for operating rooms. Phase 1 includes the renovation of existing physician offices into a new preadmission testing suite in support of out-patient surgery. Phase 2 includes the renovation of existing administration space to new physician support services and training center. Phase 3 includes the renovation of the existing administration space to a new central sterile processing department (CSPD) that will serve a ten operating room suite. The OR suite is located on the floor directly below the new CSPD and accessed directly with a heavy load cart lift for transferring case carts directly between the sterile OR suite and CSPD.
