KRLD CEO Spotlight Host, David Johnson | August 22, 2022
Will Pender, AP’s Regional President, recently joined David Johnson, KRLD 1080 NewsRadio’s business analyst, on his “CEO Spotlight” podcast where he interviews top CEOs about business trends and what they’re seeing from the frontlines.
Will discusses the official opening of the new PGA of America Headquarters and what the construction process was like, especially during a pandemic. He also talks about AP’s work in other areas of DFW, including the adaptive reuse project at downtown Dallas’ Santander Tower. This project will be a true mixed-use experience with AP working with partners to convert several floors to multifamily with other floors housing office space, a top-floor hotel and ground-floor retail and amenity space.
