Stories of Integrated Care

More about the project

Each level is thoughtfully designed to support specialized functions. The first floor features an indoor weight room, track and turf training area, and a food court adjacent to a welcoming two-story lobby. The second floor houses exam rooms, a nurse station, and radiology suites. The third floor includes the ambulatory surgery center with central sterilization and pharmacy, while the fourth floor provides office and conference space.

Delivered through MEP design-build services, the project team streamlined coordination and managed $3.4 million in added scope while navigating weather impacts and inspection challenges. Despite these obstacles, the project was completed on schedule with zero lost-time incidents and returned significant savings to the owner. The project’s strong safety culture earned AP the Liberty Mutual Insurance Gold Safety Award.

The completed facility enhances Baylor Scott & White’s ability to provide high-quality orthopedic and sports medicine care within a modern, performance-driven environment.
