Overview

AP completed the Wise Health Surgical Hospital, a 44,750-square-foot single-story ground-up ambulatory surgery center designed to expand access to specialized healthcare services in the region. The facility includes an emergency department and a full service imaging suite equipped with MRI, CT, and X ray technology, supporting a wide range of diagnostic and surgical procedures. The hospital features six surgical suites and twelve patient beds, with a primary focus on orthopedic and spine care.

Architectural highlights include a drive up porte cochere, a spacious and welcoming lobby and reception area, and a thoughtfully designed environment focused on patient comfort and operational efficiency. The campus also includes a Fit-N-Wise physical therapy facility and additional medical office space to support a comprehensive continuum of care.

During the final six months of construction, an additional 8,250 square foot emergency room and urgent care facility was developed adjacent to the hospital, providing residents of the surrounding community with convenient access to immediate medical services. Together, these facilities create a modern healthcare campus designed to meet the growing needs of communities across North Texas.
