The Methodist Southlake Hospital medical campus in Southlake, Texas is a comprehensive healthcare development that includes a surgical hospital, a medical office building, and a structured parking garage. Located on a 15 acre site in the northern Dallas–Fort Worth region, the project transformed a former farm site into a modern medical campus through extensive site preparation and infrastructure improvements. Due to expansive soil conditions, the building pad was excavated to a depth of 12 feet and reconditioned to meet required moisture and compaction standards. Site work included installation of new water, sanitary sewer, and storm sewer lines, an underground stormwater detention system, and more than 239,000 square feet of concrete paving.
Inside, the hospital features a grand entrance atrium along with admitting and administrative spaces, 12 operating rooms, sterile processing and preparation areas, two endoscopy rooms, pre operative and post anesthesia care units, and advanced diagnostic imaging including MRI, CT scan, and radiology and fluoroscopy services. The hospital provides 54 patient beds, including six intensive care unit beds, 48 medical and surgical beds, 10 VIP patient suites, and additional private patient rooms. Supporting departments include a pharmacy, laboratory, and full service kitchen.
