Collect the general, financial, safety, and reference information needed to begin the prequalification process.

Apply
Complete and submit the questionnaire with all required documentation.

Bid
Once approved, you’ll be added to our bidders list and may be invited to submit proposals on upcoming projects.

Generally, AP requires general liability limits based on the final value of the subcontract. Additional insurance may be required with unique scope. For more information and limits refer to this document.
Download ENNo. There are three different prequalification tiers that have different requirements:
- Contracts under $100,000 – no prequalification needed.
- Contracts from $100,000 to $250,000 – shortened prequalification process
- Contracts over $250,000* – full prequalification process
*If multiple contracts amount to more than $250,000, full prequalification is required.
Yes, there are a few based on the contract value. Some key aspects of the fee for Textura-CPM are:
- 0.22% of your contract value
- Maximum fee: $3,750
- Sub-tier subcontractors: $100 flat fee
- Payment options: ACH (default) or credit card
