From my first interview continuing through today, the message of safety, teamwork and collaboration is communicated very clearly across AP and leads how we work every day. Our culture is built on teamwork, collaboration, safety and putting valued projects into communities we live and work in. I’m proud to work for a team that leads with these values and has the wellbeing of our team members in mind.

What I enjoy most about working at AP is the people. I’ve had the opportunity to work with so many talented people across the company who are always willing to share their knowledge and support one another. AP truly feels like one big family, and that kind of environment makes it a great place to learn, grow and take on new opportunities

I was drawn to AP by the scale of the projects and the opportunities available with the Central Texas team. As I approach my one-year anniversary, I’m grateful for the experience and especially proud to be part of the Round Rock Public Safety Training Center project. Our team genuinely supports one another, enjoys coming to work, and is always focused on finding ways to successfully deliver the project. I’m excited for what’s ahead and look forward to many more years with AP!
AP has given me a strong sense of accomplishment by allowing me to continuously grow in my career while contributing to high-caliber projects that make a lasting impact.

What makes me excited to come to work is being able to watch a project come to life. Seeing something go from paper to real life really makes you appreciate our folks in the field, and it is a rewarding experience to be a part of.
