This project, led by AP’s special projects team, included 50,000-sf of finish-out for two full floors of corporate office space with high-end ceilings, millwork and a modern open-office floor plan throughout. The interior scope of work included high-end finishes consisting of a Hunter Douglas ceiling baffles system, wood veneer paneling, electrified glass in the executive conference room, polished concrete floors and ceramic tiles. Low voltage scope of work included audio/visual, security and access control systems. The build-out included a modern executive board room and kitchen area. Additionally, AP added a generator, generator yard and rough-ins to the existing building to facilitate tenant space on 4th and 5th floor. This project required a specific site coordination plan to perform work in an occupied building.
