AP has completed a number of interior renovation projects for Raytheon at their CityLine campus. These projects have required the project team to modify existing walls and construct new walls to ICD 705 standards, rework ceiling systems as required to accommodate wall modifications and furniture power pole changes, install/replace existing doors with STC 50 doors and hardware, modify electrical and HVAC system to ICD 705, install security/access control systems, extend life safety DAS system to provide first responder emergency communications, modify fire alarm/sprinkler systems to accommodate construction, install/reroute data cabling, modify existing window shades, and coordinate with owner’s furniture vendor as required for installations/modifications.

In addition, AP has recently been awarded work to Raytheon’s existing lab in building C27 on their CityLine campus, requiring the team to expand power and cool the existing operational lab environment’s infrastructure through new HVAC piping and CRAH units, providing new and recirculating existing Starline busways, expanding electrical infrastructure supporting building C27 (transformer, switchgear, UPS, generator) and providing additional chilled water support (chillers/cooling tower). AP completed the construction of Raytheon Regional Headquarters in Richardson in September of 2015 and has since then completed over 25 SCIF rooms.
