The new home of the PGA of America includes a four-story glass-and-limestone building that houses 150 PGA corporate employees, offices, conference rooms and outdoor terraces overlooking one of the beautiful golf courses. The extraordinary new HQ design was inspired by the Texas modern look with the exterior of the building being Lueders Limestone veneer with dark metal accents, linear wood soffits, and native Texas landscaping. The project includes 170 surface parking spaces and 140 below-grade parking spaces with circulation and plenty of green space. The building sits on more than 6 acres that are part of the 660-acre PGA Frisco campus, which also includes an Omni hotel and resort and two golf courses. The project will serve as a destination for nearly 29,000 PGA members.
