Highland Park Independent School District Upgrade of Multiple Schools

Highland Park Independent School District (ISD) selected AP as the construction manager at risk (CMAR) for its school bond program that included seven projects to be completed in eight months. The projects consisted of additions and renovations to Armstrong, Bradfield, Hyer and University Park Elementaries, McCulloch Intermediate, Highland Park Middle School and Highland Park High School. The Highland Park Independent School District and all seven of its campuses are rated “Exemplary” by the Texas Education Agency, the highest possible rating. During the construction and renovation of the projects, AP had to not only assist in modifying the scope of the projects as requested by the district, but also had to work in additions funded by groups associated with the district.
