MSOP Moose Lake Phase II Expansion

The Moose Lake Phase II Expansion included additional secure living, treatment and support spaces to serve patients committed to the Minnesota Sex Offender Program (MSOP) secure treatment facility. Work included a significant expansion of the perimeter security fence system that encompasses the entire campus. Included in the scope of in this project was the remodeling of existing space within secure portions of the original MSOP building, as well as expansion of the existing administration area, housing, kitchen, security electronics, master control and support space. Concrete masonry unit security material was used to construct patient rooms along with enhanced board partitions to keep both staff and patients safe.
