Platte Fifteen

Platte Fifteen is a unique 5-story project using Cross Laminated Timber (CLT), a new approach toward sustainable construction. The office building, located in Downtown Denver, features highly efficient floor plates, zero lot line construction and 85,000 sf of below grade parking. Amenities and features include 10-ft full height glass, a rooftop deck with unobstructed views of downtown and the mountains, usable common areas, outdoor patios, secured lobby, bike storage, commuter locker room and a fitness center.
