The 5th and final block of the Promenade of Wayzata features The Landing, an 92-room boutique hotel with 31 luxury for-sale condominiums, a stunning two-story restaurant, Scandinavian inspired spa and retail shops. All 31 luxury homes are architecturally unique and feature luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms with impeccable attention to design. Each unit receives two secure underground parking spaces with a private elevator for residents. Wayzata based BohLand Development, as well as the owner of the hotel and restaurant, which will be managed by New England-based Hay Creek Hotels.
