AP has completed a number of interior renovation projects for Raytheon at their CityLine campus. These projects have required the project team to modify existing walls and construct new walls to ICD 705 standards, rework ceiling systems as required to accommodate wall modifications and furniture power pole changes, install/replace existing doors with STC 50 doors and hardware, modify electrical and HVAC system to ICD 705, install security/access control systems, extend life safety DAS system to provide first responder emergency communications, modify fire alarm/sprinkler systems to accommodate construction, extend life safety DAS system to provide first responder emergency communications, install/reroute data cabling, modify existing window shades, and coordinate with owner’s furniture vendor as required for installations/modifications.
