Credit Union of Colorado

The project included site improvements and new construction of a three-story 119,000 sf office building. The project sits on 10 acres and includes surface parking and a multi-lane drive-through. The core and shell use site-cast, reinforced concrete tilt-wall panels for the exterior envelope with steel floor and roof deck. Credit Union of Colorado occupies 73,000 sf as the new headquarters while 46,000 sf were available for rent to market.

Our team worked diligently with the City and County of Denver to achieve inspections and signoffs for this commercial office space. The project was also able to include View Glass, a smart window technology which documents improved employee performance and reduced energy consumption.
