The four story, 187,100 square foot core and shell office building features a tilt wall structural system complemented by an expansive curtainwall façade that brings natural light into the workspace. The project also included high end lobby finishes and 16 restrooms, along with a private outdoor terrace that provides first floor tenants with direct access to indoor outdoor workspace environments.

The development also includes a 9,000 square foot campus amenity center designed to serve the broader office park. The steel framed building features a full curtainwall exterior and offers conference facilities, food service, a coffee bar, and a fitness center with locker rooms overlooking landscaped green space and walking trails. This project expands the larger 300 acre mixed use campus developed by Billingsley Company, which has grown since the 1990s to include more than 1.4 million square feet of office space and is home to over 100 companies employing thousands of professionals.
