AP Construction delivered VariSpace Coppell, a three-story, 180,000-square-foot Class A office building situated on a 10-acre site in Coppell, Texas, along with a two-story, 262-space parking garage. Designed by BOKA Powell (core and shell) and Corgan (interiors), the project serves as the global headquarters for Vari and sets a new standard for flexible, human-centric work environments.
The tilt-wall structure features large exterior balconies, an open-concept lobby with expansive staircases, and touch-free building applications. On-site amenities include a fitness facility and grab-and-go food services, enhancing the overall workplace experience.
