VariSpace Coppell

VariSpace Coppell is a three-story, 180,000-sf tilt-wall building located on a 10-acre site with a two-story, 262-space garage in Coppell, TX. Construction included large exterior balconies, an open lobby concept with large, open staircases, and touch-free building applications. Amenities include a fitness facility and grab-and-go food services. BOKA Powell designed the core, shell, and site. Corgan designed the building’s interiors.

The interior was designed to accommodate Vari’s flexible workspace solutions and furniture systems allowing the office space to be reconfigured to the tenant’s needs. The interior finish-out included exterior walls consisting of glazed openings, glass windows and white oak doors. The exposed structure is visible throughout the building with upgraded finishes, K13 white sound installations, and all MEP equipment paint-matched white. The floors consist of polished concrete with carpet in the huddle and conference rooms. The main lobby of the office building includes a mixture of steel, exotic woods, unique strip lighting, and a grab-n-go coffee bar. The restrooms include tiled floors and walls, solid surface vanities with dark millwork, tiled backsplash, and wood trim mirrors.
