Northern Water Berthoud Campus

To meet the need of its growing staff, Northern Water redeveloped and expanded their main office in Berthoud to provide additional office space and ancillary facilities. The scope of this project included a light remodel of a 1,100 sf storage building, construction of a new 17,415 sf PEMB vehicle storage building, construction of a new 7,550 sf PEMB storage building, an addition to their current office and construction of a new 25,460 sf main office. A new parking and site improvements, as well as construction of a fuel island, were also included.
