TD Ameritrade Southlake Campus

The LEED Gold, 78-acre TD Ameritrade Southlake Campus includes approximately 315,000 sf of new office space capable of supporting 2,000 employees, as well as a 2,000-car capacity parking structure. The campus also includes a full-service cafeteria, fitness center, sustainable landscaped courtyard, staffed coffee bar, training and conference center, large glass walls allowing natural light for offices, and a central “Town Hall” capable of serving as a mass seating area equipped with theatre quality AV, lighting, sound and video.

A unique feature of the project includes an underground 154’ connector tunnel which couples the 700,000-sf structured parking garage to the main building. The project also includes a Central Utility Plant and N+1 redundant power.

Construction of interiors office space consists of open areas with work stations, individual offices, break rooms, huddle spaces, collaboration areas, conference rooms, fitness center, kitchen, café and operation facilities. Finishes include painted exposed structure and infrastructure, glass office fronts, suspended ceilings, wall coverings, carpet, resilient flooring, ceilings, paint, terrazzo, millwork and coordination with audio/ visual, cabling and security.

The entire project required roughly 5,600 truckloads of soil to be removed from the site, over 42,000 cubic yards of concrete, 872,062 linear feet of post tension cabling, over 4,400 tons of reinforced and structural steel and 54,200 sf of glass glazing for both the office building and garage structure.
