Tommy is committed to fostering a collaborative culture built on accountability, open communication, and continuous improvement, empowering teams to deliver value for clients from preconstruction through project completion.
Throughout his career, Tommy has played a key role in the successful delivery of more than one billion in commercial construction projects across both the public and private sectors. His experience spans a diverse portfolio, including office, industrial, mission critical, healthcare, higher education, K-12 education, multifamily, hospitality, retail, and public safety facilities. Among his most memorable projects are a public safety training facility for the City of Austin, The Range at Austin—a state-of-the-art indoor shooting range with a sophisticated air filtration system—and the redevelopment of Oasis Texas, featuring multiple restaurants, a brewery, retail spaces, and a parking garage overlooking Lake Travis.
Tommy earned a Bachelor of Science in Architectural Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin. His technical expertise, operational leadership, and client-focused approach continue to drive growth, strengthen partnerships, and position the Gulf States region for long-term success.
