The new industrial development in Round Rock, Texas consists of three speculative tilt-up shell buildings totaling 310,619 square feet, designed to support warehouse and distribution operations and provide flexible industrial space for future tenants.
Each building incorporates specialized DUCTILCRETE® slabs with HEIDEBED® technology, an advanced slab system that enhances durability and provides greater flexibility for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturing facilities, and data centers while lowering long-term maintenance costs.
In addition to the three buildings, the project included full site development such as paving, retaining walls, and landscaping to support the functionality and long-term performance of the industrial park.
