The MCF St. Cloud Prison project consisted of modifications and upgrades to the plumbing, ventilation, water service, sanitary service, and fire suppression systems for living units A, B & C. The work occurred largely in the plumbing chases of stacked cell living units, while maintaining an occupied facility. Upon completion of AP’s contract work, the facility requested AP stay on site for some asset preservation work. This was granted because of the working relationships and trust built between the teams.
