James L. West Alzheimer’s Center is a four-story healthcare facility serving the needs of patients suffering from Alzheimer’s and dementia. The Center offers families help and hope through the Community Outreach and Education Program, Senior Adult Day Program and the Residential Program. The 56,000-sf renovation, designed around wellness and bringing a full and rich environment
to its residents in all stages of care, was performed in five phases. The project scope included MEP replacement, upgrades to all finishes, casework, food service equipment, as well as exterior building upgrades.
