Adolfson & Peterson Construction Completes Cook Children’s Clinic in Arlington

 New pediatric facility expands access to high-quality care for growing community

Adolfson & Peterson Construction (AP), a national, family-owned construction management and contracting company, recently completed construction on the interior build-out of the new Cook Children’s clinic in Arlington, Texas.

Construction began in August 2025. Designed by E4H Architecture, the 6,450-square-foot build-out includes a pediatric primary care clinic with 15 exam rooms, dedicated treatment and laboratory spaces, a welcoming waiting area with playroom, and essential staff support areas, including offices, collaborative workspaces and a break room.

Located at 451 Highlander Blvd. Suite 101, just north of Interstate 20 in south Arlington, the clinic expands access to high-quality pediatric care for families in the growing Arlington community.

Currently, the firm is building the Heritage Oaks Medical Office in Marble Falls and the Cross Creek Behavioral Health Hospital in Austin.
