The 60,000-square-foot, ground-up, two-story building at 2203 W. Royal Ln. in Irving will include a variety of spaces, such as broadcast studios, private offices, flexible workstations with system furniture, meeting rooms, an employee café and dedicated support areas for broadcast, digital and streaming platforms. The facility was designed so every building area can be used for broadcasting.
A topping out celebrates the last piece of steel being put in place, signifying the halfway point of construction. AP, FOX 4, Corgan, NWR Consulting and Catalyst Property Company leaders honored and celebrated the project team and trade partners for their work on this important project, with team members getting to sign the final steel beam before it was installed. Key trades that were honored included representatives from Purdy-McGuire, Thornton Tomasetti, Baker Concrete, JMEG, TD Industries, J&E Companies, and Brytesight Technology.

The project represents a $38 million investment, with move-in anticipated for December 2026. Corgan served as the architect for the project. Upon completion, the state-of-the-art facility will serve as the workplace for 170 employees.
