AP, USPI and CBRE Complete Medical Office Building and Ambulatory Surgical Center in Southlake

Southlake, Texas – AP, United Surgical Partners International (USPI), a Tenet Healthcare subsidiary, and CBRE, USPI’s client representative, recently completed a medical office building (MOB) and ambulatory surgical center (ASC) in Southlake, Texas.

Named Baylor Scott & White Surgicare Southlake, the two-story MOB and ASC is a 23,568-SF facility on two acres at 905 E. Southlake Blvd., on the corner of Southlake Boulevard and North Carroll Avenue. The facility features a complete surgical center with six operating rooms.

The facility marks AP’s fifth successful project with USPI in Texas, which includes a 44,000-SF MOB in Southlake completed in 2018 and now occupied by Baylor Scott & White, as well as a 56,200-SF MOB/ASC in Midland, Texas; and a 28,750-SF general hospital occupied by Valley Baptist Health Center.

“One of the highest compliments we can receive is working with a client on multiple projects, so the fact we’ve now completed five projects with UPSI is a great achievement,” Granger Hassmann, Vice President of Preconstruction & Estimating. “This also means we greatly understand USPI’s unique needs, allowing us to provide the Southlake community a quality surgical care center, which is a vital component of the area’s healthcare continuum.”

In addition, AP maintains a strong and longstanding relationship with E4H, the project’s architect, partnering with the firm on 18 healthcare projects across the nation.
