AP’s 4th Annual “Golf Fore Gratitude” Raises $100,000 for Helmets to Hardhats, Roger Up, and House of Shields

AP is proud to announce the successful conclusion of its 4th Annual Golf Fore Gratitude tournament, where participants, sponsors, and volunteers came together to raise $100,000 in support of three outstanding nonprofit organizations: Helmets to Hardhats, Roger Up, and House of Shields.

Helmets to Hardhats provides career training and employment opportunities in the construction trades for veterans and active-duty military, helping them smoothly transition to civilian life.

Roger Up offers veterans and first responders fast action plans to help them live safer, happier lives. Roger Up provides veterans with an outlet to outdoor resources to escape and reorient themselves to begin to heal.

House of Shields offers safe shelter, counseling, and recovery support services to survivors of domestic violence and trauma, promoting healing and long-term stability in their lives.

“With the funds generated from this year’s tournament, AP is honored to stand behind these three important missions,” said David Grandstaff, AP Midwest Regional President. “This event truly reflects our company’s commitment to giving back to the communities where we live and work. The strength of our partners, participants, and volunteers makes impact possible.”

Held September 18th, at Brookview Golf Course, the tournament drew 140 participants and dozens of sponsors who helped power the success of the day. From tee-off to closing ceremony, the energy, enthusiasm, and camaraderie showcased the spirit of gratitude and giving.

In the past, AP has supported at-risk children and adults, military veterans, disaster relief and rebuilding, local food banks, hospitals and health organizations, schools, and other nonprofits and charitable foundations.
