Bill has extensive construction, design, and preconstruction background as a senior leader of complex megaprojects and organizational transformations. He has led superior financial and operations performance. Bill had an impressive 29-year career with Skanska USA Building Inc., where he became CEO, and earlier was Senior Vice President of Preconstruction and Planning overseeing projects and ventures of contracts with a revenue of $5 billion, 3500 employees and 26 offices in the U.S.

In addition to leading the organization Bill helped grow Skanska’s revenue from $3 billion to $5 billion in seven years and lead the an organizational transformation to a matrix structure from a traditionally based geographically organization reducing overhead and adding profit margin improvement.  He has led multiple marquee projects including the  design-build for MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, a public-private partnership for LaGuardia Airport Terminal B redevelopment, the Shands Cancer Center in Florida, among others. Bill has extensive experience in financial performance, operational enhancement, real estate services finance, preconstruction, and planning functions.

Bill has a long history of multiple professional affiliations and has served on multiple boards since 2009. Bill earned his MBA from Golden Gate University, California and his undergraduate BS degree in construction management and architectural engineering technology from University of Cincinnati, Ohio. Bill enjoys scuba diving, fishing, golfing, and college football.
