Casey Mitschke

As Director of Preconstruction, Casey leads estimating resources and preconstruction efforts across her region, overseeing cost planning, schedules, milestone estimates, and GMP development to keep projects aligned with scope, budget, and schedule. She is known for her collaborative, transparent approach, bringing together owners, architects, trade partners, and operations teams to mitigate risk and deliver successful outcomes.

With over 15 years of industry experience, Casey has generated over $1.2 billion worth of work throughout her career and maintains open lines of communication with each client and trade partner throughout the project life cycle. Casey’s favorite projects include construction of Southwest Transplant Alliance and PGA of America Headquarters, where early preconstruction involvement allowed her to collaborate with clients, design teams, and trade partners to solve complex challenges, maximize value, and bring each client’s vision to life.

Casey has received numerous industry awards including Bisnow’s DFW Women Leading Real Estate Rising Star and the TEXO Magnolia Award (now officially known as the Jackie Humphrey Memorial Woman of the Year Award), which recognizes an outstanding woman in the construction industry for leadership and career excellence. She holds a bachelor’s degree in construction management technology from Oklahoma State University.
